The handicap entrance is by the Old State Capitol back parking lot. This lot is connected to a short road off of North Blvd. called St. Philip St. If you do enter the grounds from our main entrance on North Blvd., there is a paved sidewalk that will lead you to the back door where the elevator will be right inside. We do have signage to help lead the way.

There is no charge to visit the building and if there is a guided tour it should be little or nothing in terms of costs. It's of course operated by the State of Louisiana.
