HBO Max is dropping all 13 seasons of the modern-era reboot, with no new streaming home announced and future episodes still unconfirmed.

The 2005 series of Doctor Who, which rebooted the long-running science fiction franchise, is leaving its HBO Max home for some non-UK audiences, namely in the US, according to JustWatch.

“Netflix and HBO Max are both in talks to buy the streaming rights for Doctor Who,” their report says. Another insider, Daniel Richtman, has confirmed "promising" talks between streamers.
