Luka Dončić's 39-point outburst in three quarters propelled the Los Angeles Lakers to a comfortable 140-109 home win over a Houston Rockets team resting most of their starters after locking up the Western Conference's No. 2 seed in advance of the playoffs.

Los Angeles All-Star forward LeBron James and Houston All-Star center Alperen Sengun landed on their teams' respective injury reports.

James was seen stretching his groin out on the bench. This is major cause for concern for the Lakers after James missed multiple weeks back in March with a similar-looking injury. He also may have injured something else as indicated by the wrap on his leg, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin.
