Alan Dershowitz is threatening legal action after a farmers' market stand purportedly refused to serve him pierogi in light of his politics.

A witness told The Independent that he interjected when Dershowitz was ‘b****ing and complaining and videotaping his statements to try to dissuade people from patronizing the vendor.’
