A strong spring storm brought widespread flooding and some tornadoes to multiple states Wednesday and early Thursday.

The National Weather Service issued 728 tornado and severe thunderstorm warnings in a 24-hour period on Thursday.
“It just cleared everything in five minutes,” the Monette homeowner said. The 97-year-old, who did not share his name during an interview while checking the neighborhood, said a tornado tore through not only his home, but the entire community.
Another few rounds of strong to severe weather are expected in Arkansas as we head into the weekend, and all modes of severe weather are possible.
