Man accused of fatally shooting three people in parking lot of Target store reportedly has history of violence and mental health issues.

The Austin Police Department is looking for a vehicle that was involved in a multi-vehicle crash that included a vehicle driven by the man suspected of shooting and killing three people at a Target in North Austin on Monday.

His record also includes two arrests for driving under the influence, charges of criminal mischief, and breaching a bond or protective order.

Police records reveal Ethan Nieneker, the suspect of the Target store shooting in Austin, was accused of violently attacking at least two girlfriends and one roommate, but that he spent little time behind bars.
