Justin Rose is chasing his first PGA Tour win in over two years, battling alongside close friend Tommy Fleetwood in the FedEx St. Jude Championship’s final pairing.

Tommy Fleetwood led by one stroke into the fourth round of the FedEx St. Jude Championship, but fell short again in his quest for his first PGA Tour victory.

Sepp Straka will not be in the BMW Championship field, having been forced to withdraw suddenly to attend to a personal matter.

The big-hitting Austrian entered the postseason No. 3 in the FedEx Cup standings but fell two spots after Justin Rose and J.J. Spaun both passed him with top-two finishes at the FedEx St. Jude Championship. Straka secured a T17 finish continuing a strong 2025 campaign that has elevated his status in the game.

Sepp Straka has withdrawn from this week’s BMW Championship, the second of three FedExCup playoff events, because of personal reasons.

FedEx is honoring its late founder, Fred Smith, with a celebration of life event at FedExForum in Memphis on what would have been his 81st birthday.

"This key represents our gratitude, our admiration and our enduring respect ...," Memphis Mayor Paul Young said during an event honoring Fred Smith.
