The USDOJ claims the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel was arrested in Salem as part of the largest fentanyl bust in DEA history.

Heriberto Salazar Amaya, a Mexican national, was arrested last week in Salem and identified by federal prosecutors as one of the leaders of the alleged drug ring.
