Russian officials say a Ukrainian drone attack on an oil depot near Russia’s Black Sea resort of Sochi has sparked a major fire

A Ukrainian drone hit a major oil depot in the southern Russian city of Sochi on Saturday night, triggering a large fire, as Kyiv steps up its long-range drone strikes in response to Moscow’s escalating attacks.

More than 120 firefighters were trying to extinguish a blaze at an oil depot in the Russian city of Sochi that was sparked by a Ukrainian drone attack, regional Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said early on Sunday on the Telegram messaging app.
