If Windows Recall is activated on your PC, use Win+J to open it. You can also see Recall in the Start menu apps list, on the taskbar, or in the search results if it is activated.
Go to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows AI Double-click on Turn off saving snapshots for use with Recall. In the dialog box, choose Enabled, then OK.
