Elon Musk's new position of special government employee is raising more questions than not. Here's what to know.

Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency group has made swift work of the billionaire's goal to scale back or dismantle much of the federal government, end diversity policies and otherwise further President Donald Trump's agenda.

The visa is highly coveted by Latin Americans looking to move to Miami for work. During his first administration, Trump sought to tighten requirements for companies that hire workers using H-1B visas. However, the president now appears to support the program, even as he maintains a strict policy of mass deportations of undocumented immigrants.
