Their latest win proved dramatic — after locking horns with Arizona for the better part of seven innings, Kevin Schnall's side burst things open with a three-run outburst in the eighth.

Morrison struck out seven batters across 7.2 innings as the Chanticleers defeated Oregon State 6-2, extending their winning streak to 25 games and a 2-0 record in the College World Series.

The Oregon State baseball team suffered a 6-2 loss to the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Sunday night at Charles Schwab Field, falling for the first time at the Men’s College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.
