Each of the 10 teams has a full-scale F1 car that has been faithfully reconstructed with over 400,000 Lego bricks

LEGO has unveiled 10 full-size, drivable F1 cars built from nearly 400,000 bricks each at the Miami Grand Prix. Real Formula 1 drivers like Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris sat behind the wheels of these playful machines.

My F1 experience turned out to be one of the most memorable races in recent history, and not just because of Piastri’s clinical performance. Traditionally, drivers take a pre-race lap in a flatbed truck to wave at fans; in Miami, the truck was replaced by life-sized F1 cars made entirely out of Lego.
