Better than picking up an order of airport Shake Shack to-go and carrying it on board, hot Shack burgers are now served in-flight on select Delta routes.

Delta and Shake Shack have teamed up to serve burgers to some passengers on flights of more than 900 miles out of Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York-LaGuardia and Seattle. But not everyone on board will be able to savor the taste of the burgers. They will only be for those flying in First Class, Delta said in a news release.

Beginning Tuesday, Delta is serving Shake Shack cheeseburgers to first-class customers on flights over 900 miles that depart from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport, New York City's LaGuardia Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Delta is expanding its Shake Shack burger offering to four new U.S. cities in 2025. They are now available in First Class on flights out of Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York-LaGuardia, and Seattle. Delta said customers can pre-select the Shake Shack cheeseburger as their entrée for lunch or dinner and customize toppings.
