The upcoming Black Mirror season 7 is the show’s best chance to address some of its recent issues, and return to the roots that made it successful in the first place. Since moving to Netflix, the sci-fi anthology has struggled to impress fans, many of whom feel it has lost its original edge.

The upcoming installment will feature six episodes, including a follow-up to season 4 Black Mirror is returning for yet another mind-bending season. Created by Charlie Brooker, the Emmy award-winning anthology series has been likened to The Twilight Zone as it offers viewers similarly suspenseful and satirical tales,
