New York Giants rookie running back Cam Skattebo (hamstring) won't play against the New York Jets in the team's second preseason game on Saturday night and will likely miss the final preseason game on Thursday versus the New England Patriots as well.

The Tillamook and Astoria DMVs are closed Friday, leaving a gap in service for a large portion of the northwest Oregon Coast.
