Trader Joe's announced it's opening 21 new stores, including one in Rockville, Maryland and two in Washington, D.C.

Trader Joe’s opened four stores in December, according to its store openings page. Those sites were located in Milwaukie, Oregon; Vista, California; Palm Harbor, Florida; and Alpharetta, Georgia.

Trader Joe's did not confirm official dates for these locations, but many stores are slated for a 2025 grand opening. In 2024, the grocery store chain opened 34 new stores nationwide.
