A windy day with gusts touching 30 mph produced difficult scoring conditions for players to contend with in the third round of the 2025 Truist Championship. With the golf course yielding an over-par scoring average, it was Sepp Straka and Shane Lowry who rose to the occasion to share the 54-hole lead in the final event before the PGA Championship.

Shane Lowry and Sepp Straka share the lead heading into the final round of the Truist Championship in Philadelphia. The Ryder Cup colleagues are 14-under-par, three strokes ahead of American duo Justin Thomas and Keith Mitchell, who had topped the leaderboard after the first two rounds.

Lowry and Straka are both at 14-under through three rounds. Rory McIlroy is six shots off the lead and sits tied for fifth.
