President Donald Trump on Friday said his administration would soon have an announcement about reciprocal tariffs. Peter Navarro, a longtime adviser to the president, has a target list for him.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump has paused imposing tariffs on small-value packages arriving from China, apparently to give federal agencies time to sort out how to process millions of such shipments that have come through the U.S. border every day without paying taxes.

The president said he planned to impose tariffs on countries that tax U.S. products. He also paused an action against China, allowing its low-cost products to again enter the U.S. tariff free.
