A suspect has been charged with multiple counts of murder and police are continuing their investigation after 11 people were killed when an SUV plowed through a crowd at a Filipino heritage festival in Vancouver over the weekend.

Dozens of people were also reported injured after a car drove into a Filipino community festival in British Columbia, the police said.
