Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is inquiring to Attorney General Pam Bondi whether she is under investigation for advising constituents on how to respond to visits and requests from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.

That’s Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s question for the head of the DOJ, after Trump border czar Tom Homan threatened her for hosting a webinar with the Immigrant Defense Project, an advocacy group that offers legal aid to migrants, in which folks were educated on their legal rights, in case they encounter Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

Ocasio-Cortez, who claimed her First Amendment rights are under attack, has yet to receive a notice from the Justice Department about her conduct.
