Cincinnati police arrest a fifth suspect of the downtown Cincinnati brawl that went viral on July 26 and left six people injured, including one with brain injury.

The fifth suspect wanted in a violent brawl in Cincinnati is in custody after FBI agents say they caught him in Atlanta.

While crime rates dipped across the board last year, including murder and hate crimes, the FBI recorded a 10-year high in reported officer assaults.
