A medical examiner has released the name of the second person killed in the U.S. Steel Clairton Coke Plant explosion.The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office has released the following information: 52-year-old Steven Menefee of Clairton died after being involved in an industrial incident at the USS Steel Works.
