Bears head coach Ben Johnson's latest comments show why Cole Kmet and DJ Moore will be valuable players in 2025.

In scrimmage action during training camp on Sunday, Moore lined up as a running back to the left of QB Caleb Williams in a shotgun formation. Not only that, but the Bears ran a basic handoff for Moore going right, and he slithered his way for a touchdown.

He's a physical, run-after-catch, just-get-me-the-ball type of guy,” Johnson said. “There's a number of things that we're looking to do and explore how we get him the ball and get him in space.”
