Belize police identified the women as Kaoutar Naqqad, 23, Imane Mallah, 24, and Wafae El Arar, 26, of Revere, Mass., who were staying at the Royal Kahal Beach Resort.

Police in Belize told ABC News on Wednesday that Wafae El Arar, 26, Imane Mallah, 24, and Kaoutar Naqqad, 23, who were found dead in their hotel room last weekend, had died of acute pulmonary edema.
