Hackers have breached the Tea app, which recently went viral as a place for women to safely talk about men, and tens of thousands of women’s selfies and photo IDs have now seemingly been leaked online.

Messaging has been turned off on the women's dating safety app Tea, following a hack which has exposed thousands of members' images, posts and comments.

The company discovered that hackers gained access to an additional 59,000 images of user's direct messages, comments and posts.
