Elon Musk’s SpaceX prevailed in an election over the weekend to turn Starbase into a city that’s now led by employees.

Elon Musk’s rocket launch site in Boca Chica has officially incorporated as Starbase, a company town run by SpaceX employees.

SpaceX is looking to increase its rocket launches, which local environmental groups say are harming nearby wildlife.
