Despite being eligible, Florida Gator Thomas Haugh surprised the basketball world by deciding not to enter his name in the 2025 NBA Draft. The 6’9″ forward was projected as one of the surefire candidates to be selected next June.

Florida forward Thomas Haugh is coming back for his junior year, boosting the Gators' front court depth for the 2025-26 college basketball season.

Several of Haugh's teammates saw their stock rise after Florida’s championship run. Some have run out of eligibility—Walter Clayton Jr., Will Richard and Alijah Martin—and are preparing for the NBA draft, while others are testing the waters. Big men Alex Condon and Rueben Chinyelu are both going through the draft process to gather feedback.
