Willis ISD's Calfee Middle School is scheduled to open next Wedn. 13. However, officials say the brand-new school has no water.

Willis ISD announced in an Aug. 6 news release it has launched a webpage to provide information about the ongoing water capacity issue at its new middle school.

Basically, it all boils down to Conroe city officials claiming Willis ISD failed to live up to its end of a multi-million-dollar agreement.
