3 days ago · In cases of high media interest, we endeavour to publish judgments within 1 hour of being delivered by the Court. If you cannot find a judgment, check Federal Law Search ; it will tell you the status of the matter before the Court, including whether a judgment has been delivered.

Judgments of the Federal Court are published from 1977 to the present and updated daily. Judgments are searchable by keyword and in full-text. Judgments of tribunals administered by the Court and the Supreme Court of Norfolk Island are also published here.

Court listings for the next day of business are published here. If the hearing is to be live streamed, the link to the live stream will be provided. The lists are updated at approximately 4.30pm.
